At Curio & Corpse, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
Due to health, safety, and the nature of our curated collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Spell oils, body oils, and ritual oils
- Bath and body products (bath bombs, soaps, balms, body polish, shower steamers, sprays)
- Candles (once opened, burned, or wick has been lit)
- Incense and smudge products
- Vintage and antique items (sold as-is in described condition)
- Original artwork and one-of-a-kind pieces
- Oddities and curiosities marked "sold as-is"
SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR ANTIQUES & ODDITIES
Vintage items, antiques, oddities, and sold-as-is pieces are fragile and irreplaceable. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to protect your investment. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit. Without insurance, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in shipping.
RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached:
- Jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings)
- Crystals and gemstones
- Apparel and accessories
Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs) may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at Thatouijawitch@curioandcorpse.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Thatouijawitch@curioandcorpse.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
For insured items that arrive damaged, we will assist you with filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
